Infrared Thermal Imaging
A new tool in the industry is Thermal Imagery. I utilize a thermal camera when I need to check:
- For cold spots from air infiltration
- Your heating system for proper operation (such as in electric heating, radiant floor heating, etc.)
- For water infiltration (roof leaks located with recent rain fall within 24~48 hours)
- Although Thermal imaging only displays surface temperatures of solid objects, it has become a useful tools in some situations.
I am happy to arrange for a certified septic company to inspect this part of the home on the day of our inspection if possible. I do not receive a “cut” or compensation in any way and have no conflicts of interest in this manner. I simply make some phone calls to local companies so you don’t have to.
I provide a termite and pest inspection at no cost to you as part of my commitment to excellent service. I am already looking around so why would I need to charge you extra. That’s my business philosophy.
This new cutting edge technology is what I use to inspect roofs. This is new to the family of services I offer, so return for more updates.
